As a Product Manager for Tentacle, your talents and expertise will support the ongoing development and continuous enhancement of the Tentacle product. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally and will play a critical role with both our internal and external development teams. You are organization-obsessed, are a master communicator, and view collaboration as key to success. You love to become the expert, are constantly researching and asking questions, and most importantly, you habitually talk to customers and other industry players. Conversations with users, feedback from the internal team, competitive intel, and current trends are all data points you leverage to offer guidance and optionality in proposed plans for development. You take a 'storyboard' approach when presenting ideas and your knack for collaborative ideation has explosive results. You thrive off of the 'unmapped' course that comes with a start-up environment, aren't afraid to take on a new challenge, learn from failed attempts, and you use the resources at your disposal to develop expert solutions. And at the core, you're a good human and team player, eager to support and enhance our commitment to equity and inclusion.
